You will provide aftersales service support to important end-user clients, mentoring and training-up the highly-skilled direct reports within your team. You will delegate work to Field Service Engineers, ensuring that service work is completed to high standards, and report back to senior management avenues for continuous improvements, as well as further commercial opportunities. This role suits a Manager from a technical or commercial background within the Mechanical or Hydraulic industries. The Role

• Aftersales service support to end-user clients.
• Managing and training-up highly-skilled direct reports, delegating work to Field Service Engineers.
• Reporting back to senior management avenues for continuous improvements, as well as further commercial opportunities.
