We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Project Management, to join a company working within the instrumentation space. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the integral development of one of their key product lines, ensuring they meet performance requirements, are delivered on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure technical alignment across engineering disciplines and key suppliers to deliver agreed system performance and functionality.
  • Collaborate with the project manager and functional managers to ensure required resources are available to meet product development timelines, conducting stage gate reviews in accordance with the PLM process.
  • Manage the integral product development budget in coordination with the Head of Development & Engineering.
  • Ensure the integral product cost target is achieved in collaboration with the Head of Supply Chain Management.
  • Work closely with the product manager and marketing team to align functionality and performance of the product to specific customer requirements to maximise business for the company
Qualifications:
  • Experience in project management within the development of electronics and/or semiconductor products.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from conception to completion.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
