CTRM Support Specialist

Mayfair, London (Hybrid after 3 month probation)

£50,000 - £80,000 DOE + Bonus + Pension + Holidays + Growing Business

This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to join an expanding technology business just before they grow exponentially in size, turnover and reputation.

This company provide their own bespoke CTRM software platform to Commodity Trading companies in the UK with forecasted and rapid development. They are now looking for a CTRM Support Specialist to join them during this invigorating phase.

In this role you will swiftly address CTRM platform issues whilst collaborating with developers. You will need to understand and document client needs, configure and implement the platform accordingly, facilitating user acceptance through training. The role will also require you to change requests for enhancements and provide ongoing assistance to ensure client satisfaction regarding the CTRM software platform.

The ideal candidate should have a Commodities background in trading operations, familiarity with platforms like TT, CME, and Web Ice and experience with trading feeds and brokers. You will need the ability to manage multiple projects and proficiency in software like Jira and Confluence. An understanding of data feeds, and readiness for early-stage business growth, with strong communication and analytical skills for a dynamic environment.
