An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team as we take the next step in a controlled period of sustainable growth. Operating across multiple sectors in our 15-year history, we have built an enviable network of clients and now require a driven and personable Recruitment Consultant to join our team at our office based in Sittingbourne.

Current sectors that we cover include:

* Motor Trade
* Accountancy and Finance
* Financial Services
* IT
* Media
* Property Industry

Recruitment experience is preferred but comparable sales experience will also be considered.

Roles and Responsibilities

* 360-recruitment process
* Arranging interviews
* Candidate sourcing using several top UK job boards
* Shortlisting candidates for vacancies
* Sourcing new business and communicating with clients
* Developing your own personal brand in a dynamic sales environment

Candidate Requirements

* Great communication skills both written and verbal
* Good IT skills
* Content with using the phone extensively
* Emotional intelligence
* Inclined to go the extra mile at work
* Positive can-do attitude
* Eagerness to learn
* Exceptional time management skill
* Friendly, confident, bubbly outgoing personality.
* Driving Licence and own transport preferred

Salary and Hours

* £40,000-£50,000 OTE
* Basic salary negotiable dependent on experience
* 45 hours per week
* Monday to Friday
* Company Pension
