IT Operations Manager Chessington, Surrey to £60kDo you have a broad range of IT technical know-how combined with leadership skills?You could be progressing your career as IT Operations Manager for a reseller of IT equipment.As IT Operations Manager you will manage the IT Manager and will have oversight of the wider team (around 10 IT Support Engineers). You'll be responsible for setting the strategy for the IT department and ensuring high quality internal user support. The team have recently integrated Orderwise as an ERP solution, you'll assist with any ongoing teething issues, liaising with the vendor and will assess and recommend new technologies going forward.You will manage and prioritise the teams' tasks and seek improvement of communication channels with the business in a role where you can make a real impact, shaping and driving process improvements.Location / WFH:You'll be based in the Chessington office on a fulltime basis (with potential opportunity to work from home once a week).About you:You have a strong technical background with Microsoft technologies, MSCE preferred and a good knowledge of SQL and SQL ServerYou have experience of leading and managing IT support engineers / functionsYou have a good knowledge of CSR / ERP systemsYou have experience of managing IT budgets and are commercially minded, able to proactively flag ways to make cost savings and improve efficiencyYou're able to motivate and inspire the team to high achieving levels of customer serviceYou're collaborative and pragmatic with excellent communication skillsSalary & benefits: As an IT Operations Manager you will earn a competitive salary:To £60k25 days holidayPensionAnd a range of other benefitsApply now to find out more about this IT Operations Manager opportunity.At Client Server we believe in a diverse workplace that allows people to play to their strengths and continually learn.
