Head of Software Engineering (AWS .Net React) London / WFH to £140kAre you a technologist with strong leadership skills looking for an opportunity to make an impact at a tech scale-up?You could be progressing your career as at a successful and growing AdTech company as they expand into European markets (they dominate the UK market with a 90% market share) with their AI and Machine Learning driven SaaS platform that enables scheduling and bid optimisation. As the Head of Software Engineering you will shape and improve engineering practices, providing leadership, strategy and vision.You'll manage a cross functional engineering team of around twenty-five, which you'll help to grow, with responsibility for planning, design and development of the next generation of the company's AdTech solutions. The tech stack is based on AWS, .Net and React, you'll need to be well versed with these and able to foster a culture of engineering excellence.You will also play a key role in product development, partnering with the business and product management team to participate in the development of and lead the execution of the product roadmap, prioritising feature development in support of business objectives.Location / WFH:You can work from home most of the time, meeting up with the team in London around once a week / fortnight.About you:You have strong technical skills across the full stack with an indepth knowledge of AWS, C# for backend development and React for UI developmentYou have strong Agile team leadership experience, and have successful managed high performing cross functional engineering teamsYou have experience of implementing development strategies on Agile principlesYou have experience of architecting and designing complex software solutionsYou have advanced communication and stakeholder management skillsYou are degree educated, Computer Science preferredExperience within the AdTech, broadcast or media space would be great but not essentialWhat's in it for you: Salary to £140kPensionHealth Insurance25 days holidayContinual learning and career development opportunities Apply now to find out more about this Full Stack Developer / Engineer opportunity.At Client Server we believe in a diverse workplace that allows people to play to their strengths and continually learn.
