Semiconductor Test Engineer

Our client is looking for their next IC Test Engineer. Our client offers an end to end solution with complex ASIC creation. You will be responsible for implementation of a full commercial silicon test strategy for complex SoC’s.

You will also have responsibility for developing advanced Test solutions, and ATE Bring up.

Responsibilities for the IC Test Engineer:

• Develop test programs and debug for Wafer Probe and Final Assembly test.
• Collaborate with external vendors on test design and bring-up.
• Lead Test Platform selection and assess ATE resources.
• Produce Test Plans and requirements documentation.
• Support NPI and Volume test life cycle.
• Analyse test data and improve test coverage and efficiency.
• Communicate with customers to ensure timely production readiness.

• Experience with Semiconductor IC testing experience.
• Experience with Digital Testing techniques (BIST, SCAN, JTAG).
• Test programming skills (Unix, C, C+).
• Familiarity with Teradyne UltraFlex or Advantest 93K ATE platforms.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel (Europe, Asia, potentially USA).

• Advanced degree with practical experience.
• Understanding of IC design and delivery methodologies.
• Knowledge of IC New product introduction and supply chain processes.
• Proficient presentation skills.
