UK REMOTE

This is a unique opportunity to join a global leader in Digital Video compression development. As the ASIC Design Engineer, you will join a team with European presence but fully remote in the UK. (Business language is English)

The ASIC Design Engineer will get the opportunity to join a team who have been consistently first to market with solutions for emerging new formats and standards and continues to work on leading edge developments at the very forefront of what is developed in the industry. You will get the opportunity to work with customers who include IC manufactures of Artificial Intelligence, data centre, automotive, DTV, set-top box, security camera, camcorders, mobile phones and tablet SoCs.

Requirements:

• Essential experience in VHDL (or Verilog), CAD flows and tools specific to ASICs (modeling, design, simulation, synthesis, verification, etc.)
• Knowledge of C/C++
• Scripting languages - Tcl, Perl, Python
• Optimization of architectures and microarchitectures at the HW/RTL level
