Building Fabric / Pest Control Technician (Training Included) £30,000 - £32,000 (OTE £38,000) Training + Progression + Overtime + Van/Fuel Card Hampshire, Ideally Located: Basingstoke, Andover, Farnham, Winchester, Southampton Are you a Technician with some background in Building Fabric Maintenance / Pest Control? Are you looking for development and a long term career alongside opportunities to boost your yearly earnings? Excellent opportunity to receive training within a specialist area and develop into team lead and management level roles, all alongside consistently available overtime to increase your on target earnings. On offer is the chance to further yourself, through upskilling by going on to a Level 2 course with further pay increases once qualified. In this role you will be given a local patch within roughly a 1 hour drive, where you will carry out pest proofing installations and maintenance, whilst ensuring H&S / compliance is up to date at all times. This role suits someone looking for extensive training and progression opportunities, as well as opportunities to increase yearly earnings through overtime. The Role:

• Pest proofing installs/light maintenance
• Health, safety and compliance work
• M - F, 40 hour week
