Head of MOS - Industry-leading power products manufacturer

With Headquarters in Shanghai, and a footprint in Jilin, Hong Kong and Manchester, my client is a Developer and Manufacturer for Power Products including Silicon Carbide Power Devices/ Silicon Controlled Rectifiers and Triacs/ Power diodes/ TVS and IGBTs and modules, who is seeking a Head of MOS to join their team

Reporting to the CEO, as one of the senior managements of the company, you will be leading several teams with different functions such as Product Marketing/ R&D Team and Application Engineering.

You will be based in Shanghai, China.

Fluent in Mandarin is a must. 

Responsibilities

  • Policy deployment, to define the Annual Policy or Quality Objectives of the Market Line
  • Business Planning, to formulate mid to long term projections covering markets, products and technologies towards business growth.
  • Management Control, to own the business management process in pursuing strategic and tactical goal.
  • Production realisation, to plan, direct and control the manufacturing process according to planning and budget, and take corrective action, if any.
  • Budget, to propose, agree and deliver against annual budget in order to facilitate key deliverables and maximise return on resources.
  • Organisation Development and Staffing, to Implement an effective market line structure and direct adequate recruitment and development, retention, and training for staff.
  • Relationship Building, to work closely with the corporate platform and other market line heads in order to establish a win-win long term relationship.
