In this varied role you will be responding to support requests, assisting users with tech, troubleshooting issues and resolving 1st line issues, whilst following all IT processes in a confident and collected manner. The ideal candidate will have some experience in a similar role and knowledge of Windows OS/applications administration/troubleshooting. They will have 1st Line Support experience and be confident in solving the issues that this job will put in front of them.
