Mechanical Installation Technician

£33,000 - £39,000 + Training + Clear Progression + Overtime + Bonus + Local Patch + Van + Fuel Card

Field Based, Commutable from Gloucester, Worcester, Stroud

Are you a Mechanical engineer or Fitter with experience in installation looking to join a longstanding industry leading business who will provide you with excellent technical training, allowing you to become a go to expert in a specialist industry, while also having the opportunity to boost your earnings through overtime opportunities and additional company bonuses to reward your hard work?

This company is a recognised leader in their field, working within the water industry, they carry out the installation, maintenance and repair of water pumping systems across the Midlands and South West regions They are recognised for their fantastic quality of work, and are looking for a dedicated Mechanical Fitter to support the increasing work load and join their close knit team.

In this role you will be responsible for the installation of a variety of pumps, pipework and valves within the water industry, You will be provided with full industry training and will have plenty of opportunity to upskill and progress your career with time. They make a conscious effort to invest in their staff through training and technical development routes, as well as additional premium overtime and bonus schemes, which is reflected in their great staff retention.

This is the ideal opportunity for an Engineer with a Mechanical background and some experience with installation looking to massively develop their skillset working in a niche industry for a recognised local business in a days based position with overtime opportunities to boost your earnings even further.
