We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and experienced agile delivery focussed professional to be part of a key on going transformation with a strong focus on delivering modern solutions for digital products. 

This role is a blend of new product delivery, continuous improvement, and  operational excellence.   The Agile Delivery Lead role will drive a set of production systems, working on future strategic and technology requirements as well as continuous alignment with business objectives and our current operational products and systems.

About the role  

  •  Leading agile delivery teams across workstreams within the product family and across other domains when needed. 
  • Ensure effective and optimal management of team capacity, budget, risks and issues management across agile delivery teams to deliver the portfolio. 
  • Ensure availability, integrity, and supportability of services at all times, ensuring correct operational support is in place.
  • Working closely with other CEM departments and the wider Cambridge network to deliver and support our products and solutions whilst maintaining our business as usual.
  • Support the development of web-based systems that carry out innovative data science on educational data, providing guidance and resources to teachers that is then used to improve learning in the classroom. 

 

About you 

Qualifications including Higher education or equivalent experience in an IT-related field. With Certifications and being proficient in technology management and agile delivery (e.g., Scrum Master, PMP, Prince2, AgilePM). Ideally hold an ITIL qualification or has equivalent experience. With practical knowledge across various software technologies.

Your experience should include a deep understanding of agile practices and management, with proven track records of deploying large digital products with high quality assurance. Whilst balancing innovation with service stability. With excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
