We are seeking a Senior PHP Developer / Senior Integration Developer to join our clients expanding team to work on a variety of business-critical applications, websites and complex integrations. The ideal candidate will be an experienced PHP Developer with a passion for solving complex problems through developing clean, well-written and maintainable code. This role is offered on a hybrid basis working 3 days per week at the client's office and 2 days per week from home.

You will be joining a close-knit development team who share an ethos of continuous self-improvement through mentorship, training, and regular social nights. You will be encouraged to develop skills across different projects and the technical stack includes, PHP, Laravel, Docker, GitLab (CI/CD), PHPUnit, PEST, MySQL, Linux, NetSuite and Dell Boomi.

We are looking to hire a motivated hands-on senior PHP Developer who enjoys working as part of team. You should have a passion for software development best practices, you will enjoy learning and sharing innovative technologies and techniques. As a confident Developer, you will be provided with opportunities to work as a Technical Lead on specific projects, working closely with stakeholders to architect solutions that solve specific business problems.

Required Experience:

• Strong problem-solving skills.
• 3+ years hands-on development experience.
• Solid PHP fundamentals.
• Knowledge of common security vulnerabilities (OWASP or similar).
• Framework experience - ideally Laravel or Symfony, or similar.
• Use of modern workflow / tools (Git, Composer or similar).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Great interpersonal skills.

Desirable Experience (not essential):

• Familiar with a software development approaches (Agile / Scrum).
• Experience in writing automated tests (PHPUnit/PEST).
• Experience with Docker.
• CI/CD pipelines.
