I am recruiting a skilled and experienced Analog IC Designer for a company near Brussels, Belgium. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of analog integrated circuits, contributing to the advancement of cutting-edge photonics technology.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Design and develop mixed-signal analog integrated circuits with a specific emphasis on photonics technology.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and contribute to the overall product development process.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and performance simulations to guide design decisions and optimise circuit performance.
  • Utilise industry-standard tools for analog IC design, layout, and simulation.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in analog and photonics technology to integrate innovative solutions into circuit designs.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members.
  • Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in mixed-signal analog IC design
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools for analog IC design, layout, and simulation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid working environment.
