Creative Brand Manager required for a leading provider of innovative solutions.

You will be responsible for leading and executing the company’s creative and brand vision. Ensuring all branded assets are on brand, in-line with our values, engaging, innovative, and customer-focused. Working closely with the VP of Marketing and VP of Product, you will gain a deep understanding of our brand identity and customer base so that you are equipped to create a clear creative vision for our company.

This role will be based in Portsmouth. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Creative Brand Manager or similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design skills across physical and digital mediums.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira).
  • Knowledge of Blender or similar 3D software.
  • Experience coordinating with external vendors and agencies.
  • Ability to create professional animated PowerPoint decks, Word documents, and office templates.
  • Knowledge of prototyping software (Figma or XD desirable).
Overall Responsibilities:
  • Managing and developing all creative and brand assets.
  • Delegating work to agencies and freelancers, ensuring all tasks are completed within deadlines.
  • Working closely with the wider Marketing team to ensure consistent and impactful campaign execution.
  • Creating engaging designs and developing for our overall brand.
  • Collaborating with the Product Design team to support Go-To-Market strategies and product development.
  •  Championing and guarding visual guidelines across all platforms and mediums, adapting the right tone for different channels based on established needs and strategy.
Expected Skills:
  • Experienced in Adobe Creative Suite; primarily Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, or similar.
