About the Team:

Business Operations is made up of number of key functional areas all focused on providing a safe and secure environment in which our people and customers can operate. We deliver our services to both internal and external customers every day and we provide the infrastructure (exc. IT and Network) upon which the business operates.

Your Role:

In this role as Business Change Manager you will ensure that Telefnica meets its statutory obligations under the Investigatory Powers Act. More specifically, you will be responsible for managing the Home Office`s digital strategy in providing technologies to law enforcement through work with communications services providers, like O2

Responsibilities;

-Ensure that all Government information systems and supporting processes are

both efficient and effective for internal and external users

-Ensure that all end users benefits are recognised in the requirements

documentation; are delivered into live and then maintained throughout the life

of the system

-Act as single point of contact for system and process issues

-Ensure the smooth operation of existing systems, engineering process change

and smooth transition of new systems into operation, process continuity during

system fixes and owning any outstanding faults/issues through to correction

Demonstrable Experience:

-Experience of change management

-Experience of managing large complex call data warehouses such as fraud

management, MIS or DRD systems

-Ability to translate and communicate technical risks to non-technical business

staff, of all levels

-Excellent interpersonal skills- able to build relationships with people of all

levels within the business and be a competent negotiator

-Good understanding of an operational and service delivery organisation

-Excellent planning and time and workload management skills- able to

prioritise workload; clearly identify customers; their needs and timescales; and

the amount of work required to complete activities

Essential Qualifications:

-Prepared to submit to or already possess security vetting to SC level or beyond

if deemed necessary

-Knowledge of the relevant legislation would be advantageous
