My Edinburgh based client is currently looking for an Organisational Change Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a solid business which is focused on technical excellence and driving their core product to a number of clients.

The successful candidate will be joining an existing team and will lead multiple OCM projects, including complex, global initiatives. You will also have responsibility for recommending and implementing tools and technologies to support change management initiatives.

What skills do I need?

In order to be a good fit for this role you will need to following experience:

* Extensive experience Change Management for highly-complex and integrated applications and environments

* Project or Change Management certified

* Exceptional presentation skills

* Ideally not come from a Finance background
