Software Developer - Loughborough

Role: Working in a small Software Development Team, creating, developing, and testing tools. Reporting directly into the head of software.

You will be working within a team of software developers to develop and maintain different tools and systems in order to enable my client's fast, reliable environment and infrastructure for development and testing of various product lines.

Skills Required:

ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING:

- C99 or C++11

- Java

- Node.JS or ECMA Script

- Python

- Excellent knowledge of code control with Git/Subversion

- Basic skills with Linux (CentOS or Debian)

Desirable skills:

Basic skills in these areas would be preferred:

- Basic web development skills: HTML, CSS

- Groovy and/or Bash scripting

- AWS

- Maven 3 (project and repository management)

Experience Required:

*experience with CI system/s (eg Jenkins)

*Good experience of development and continuous integration processes

*Knowledge of a variety of approaches to integration and unit testing

*Source code management with Git and/or Subversion

*Deployment routines and repositories management

Other Requirements:
