JAVA DEVELOPER- MOBILE PAYMENTS

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Software Developer, with an interest in mobile payments technology to gain experience in a fast-moving, expanding and diverse business.

As part of a the digital payments development team, you will liaise with product owners to design and implement complex software components.

The right person will have a strong, structured development background but coupled with a keen eye for detail and a desire to make our Products the best they can be.

Within this role you'll gain payments domain knowledge and exposure to a wide range of technologies.

- Mobile proximity commerce solutions

- mobile NFC contactless payments

- mobile proximity marketing

- Smart card issuance systems

- EMV Authentication systems

- PIN Management systems Their solutions are used by banks, financial institutions, loyalty companies, media owners, stadium owners, retailers and brands.

Responsibilities

*Build up knowledge and expertise in our smart card and mobile solutions

*Design, development and maintenance of existing software solutions and new products

*Customisation of existing solutions to meet client specific requirements

*Problem investigation and resolution Experience

Minimum of 5 years strong core Java development experience

- In-depth development experience of one or more of the following technology areas would be an advantage:

-Spring, JavaScript, JSON, HTML

- SVN or GIT source code management and Maven build automation - Integration with - Application servers, Oracle database, LDAP, Web Services, Clustering - Agile development processes and Continuous Integration -

Experience in migrating large scale enterprise systems, middleware and message delivery systems is desirable

- Background knowledge or previous experience of the following would be an advantage:

- EMV-based and/or Issuer Retail banking payment systems

- TLS or similar security and cryptographic data processing

- Message based transaction processing (including web services) and message integration layers
