Senior GaN R&D Engineer - Belgium

Our client is now looking for a Senior Gallium Nitride R&D Engineer to be responsible for developing GaN processes and devices. The role will involve defining process architecture, integration and device characterisation. Team work with international teams will be required.

Required skills include;

-Strong GaN based HEMT process / device experience

-Power semiconductor knowledge

-Excellent communication skills

-Degree in Electrical Engineering/Physics or related discipline
