Oracle Fusion HCM Functional consultant - Paris

My client requires an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM functional consultant for a global project in Paris. This is an extensive project that will allow you to put your skills to the test working within a large IT team.

Skills mandatory:

Detailed knowledge, understanding and experience of Oracle fusion HCM including;

- To have completed at least one implementation project with in Oracle Fusion HCM

- Ideally 1-2 year previous experience with Oracle Fusion HCM

Experience in the following modules; - Oracle Fusion Core HR.

Skills useful:

- Core HR

- Oracle Self Service HR

- Oracle Learning Management

- Absence Schemes

- Basic payroll

- Experience with data migration

- previous HCM experience - 10+ years

* Functional experience of other eBusiness Suite/peoplesoft modules (Payroll, Finance, Procurement, Projects)

* Knowledge and experience of Oracle Reporting products (OBIEE / OBIA) and there use with Oracle eBusiness Suite

* Consultancy, communication and stakeholder management skills

* Demonstrate an understanding of the HRMS modules
