Join one of the leading Business IT Services teams in the UK and Europe. Become a major contributor to our cyber security offer, helping it to develop and grow.

We’re currently looking for people at Senior Consultant level to pursue and deliver cyber security consulting services to major FTSE 100 and government clients.

As part of the role, you will:

- Develop robust and pragmatic cyber security projects that transform our clients’ capabilities and reduce business risk

- Provide expertise in the strategic, organisational and human aspects of cyber security

- Engage with clients in business and IT to influence the board and stakeholders

- Collaborate with colleagues who will be delivering:

Security testing

Identity and access management

Security analytics

- Advise on additional Capgemini consulting services

Your skills

- Experience in several of the following areas:

Cyber advisory services

Cyber strategy and target operating model

Cyber project management

Cyber maturity model, health assessments, and privacy impact assessments

Cyber governance, risk and compliance

Threat and vulnerability assessment and management

Third-party risk management, including supply chain, ISP and software vendor risks

Cyber security standards (ISF Standards of Good Practise, ISO 27001/2, HMG Security Policy Framework, PCI-DSS, PASS 555, COBIT, NIST)

- Proven track record of delivery within cyber security

- Management consulting competencies, including:

People and change management

Business process design

Transformation

Employee processes

- Recent consulting experience in one of the following industry sectors:

Financial services or insurance

Utilities

Consumer products

Retail

Central government

- Excellent communication and influencing skills

- Ideally, a certification in security management (e.g. CSMP, CISM, GSLC or CISSP) and an understanding of digital transformation as it relates to Social, Mobility, Analytics, Cloud and the Internet of Things

Location

Whilst you will have our London office as a base location, you must be fully flexible in terms of assignment location, as client projects are likely to require you to work away from home during the week.
