Enigma People Solutions is working on behalf of a growing web-based music production company based in heart of London. Our client is currently looking for an Application Support Manager to join the IT team.
You will be working hands on with the development team supporting web technologies and databases. The Application Support Manager will be responsible for managing a support team but will also be hands on dealing with all escalated issues passed up from the helpdesk.
Person Specification:
Experience working with development teams
Web technologies
SQL & Oracle databases
3rd line support
Experience working directly with development teams
Strong communication and problem solving skills
Experience or knowledge in IT service management
Main duties & Responsibilities:
Manage SL1, SL2 & SL3 resources to implement the companies
Analyse support issues with support resources
Write technical diagnosis, resolution and client responses
Run daily internal Support Triage meetings.
Report on Support Levels across products and clients on a routine basis.
Build and maintain a high performing support team keeping the level of incidents and problems low.
Escalate high priority issues.
