We need:

-A Practice Manager within Business Analysis Practice

-Based at our Head Office in Swindon

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Practice Manager within the organisations Business Analysis Function. As part of the leadership team, the successful candidate will help shape and develop Nationwide's Business Analysis capability.

Who we're looking for

You'll have significant experience of leading change and transformation, with strong influencing, negotiation and stakeholder management skills. You'll be adept at balancing conflicting demands in a fast changing environment.

You'll need:

-Previous experience in a leadership position within a change environment

-Strong commercial focus with experience of liaising with third party suppliers/strategic partners

-Line management experience of at least 10 individuals

-Previous experience in a development focused role

-A strong background as a Business Analysis practitioner is preferable but not essential

It's vital that you have the gravitas and expertise to provide leadership and manage the development of Business Analysis practitioners.

What you'll be doing

Your responsibilities will include supporting the Practice Lead to manage the capability development and skill set of our professional staff.

As we grow the Practice, you'll lead, motivate and recruit a high quality professional workforce. You'll also drive transformation initiatives within the Practice across Business Analysis processes, tooling and methods.

You'll have direct line management of 15-20 staff and will need to deputise for the Practice Lead where required.
