A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join this Gloucestershire based organisation and be part of a very successful business, with a strong position in its market place. This company are looking to add a Senior Project Manager to their team to play a leading role within their current pipeline of changes.

With a highly effective team culture and a transformative growth orientated business model you will take up the role of Senior Project Manager within this new business change area. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the Financial Services / Insurance industry and be Prince2 qualified or equivalent; however, strong project managers from other industries with formal approaches will be considered.

The role is based at the busy Gloucestershire office which is easily commutable from Gloucester, Cheltenham, Evesham, Worcester, Stratford upon Avon, Stroud, Cirencester, Hereford, Swindon, Oxford, Bristol and Bath.

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + pension, 22 days holiday, private healthcare

Role: Senior Project Manager

Through close interaction with the business, you will:

·Have a leading role in ensuring a focus on delivering commercial results is maintained

·Define scope and design efficient solutions through to managing the review process

·Drive multiple high value projects to successful outcomes

The ideal will candidate will be able to demonstrate:

·A highly flexible and adaptable approach to running multiple projects concurrently

·Regularly consulting and delivering results to stakeholders

·A resilience that will enable you to deliver exceptional results

·Ability to understand the wider business landscape to stay ahead of potential challenges to delivery
