ROLE:Desktop Support Engineer

RATE:Market Rate

LOCATION:Nuneaton

Skills / Experience:

- Proven IT Support experience in a business environment

- Detailed working knowledge of backup technologies and recovery processes

- Microsoft Server 2003/2008/2012

- Microsoft Exchange 2010/2013

- Knowledge of ITIL Best Practices and experience of working within an ITIL framework environment.
