Head of Programmes / Programme Director / Programme Manager / Permanent / London / £80,000 + Benefits
I am currently recruiting for one of my leading clients based out of Canary Wharf for a Head of Programmes / Programme Director. The successful candidate will have exposure to running large IT & Transformation programmes with a core focus helping the business grow.
As the Head of Programmes / Programme Director, you will be responsible for implementing IT transformations as the business grows in size. You will have responsibility for a multi million pound budget and will work closely with the Board to determine best way to progress within
Role Accountability
Work within the Senior Leadership team to ensure that the programme has adequate strategic insight provided
Work closely with the architects on this to ensure that the strategy is implemented successfully.
Identify best practice standard in business analysis
Desired Quality
The candidate should have extensive experience in the analysis field with knowledge and experience of working with board level stakeholders.
A background in financial planning and analysis, ROI analysis, target operating models, process improvement and programme management.
A track record of delivering large Programmes successfully.
A track record in full cycle business strategies with experience in leading large teams.
A good team leader with credibility in front of both internal and external clients.
Proven ability to handle big budgets and understanding of Opex and Capex spend.
