Maximo Supply Chain Consultant - SME (Subject Matter Expert) required for a 12 Month Contract with a Global Company based in Aberdeen, Scotland.

JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic 12 month contract opportunity for an experienced Maximo Supply Chain Consultant ' SME (Subject Matter Expert) that has in-depth knowledge of the supply chain processes and extensive experience of Maximo implementations within an Oil & Gas offshore environment.

Working as the Maximo Supply Chain Consultant - SME (Subject Matter Expert) you will work on a project that involves extensive process improvement across the supply chain and maintenance organisations. The project has currently completed the design phase and is about to commence the build and implementation phase.

As the Maximo Supply Chain Consultant - SME (Subject Matter Expert) you should have extensive supply chain and Maximo experience to support all aspects of the project from clarifying requirements and design to supporting the testing and change programme.

You will be required to quickly understand the planned design and support its implementation, helping to address any un-foreseen challenges.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

'¢ Understand the planned design and how this will support the business requirements

'¢ Represent supply chain business requirement and needs into the project

'¢ Clarify requirements and associated design as a result of the development process

'¢ Preparation of business test scenarios to support a comprehensive testing programme

'¢ Provide Subject Matter Expert support into the development of training material

'¢ Prepare and contribute to the preparation of organisational procedures

'¢ Provide Subject Matter Expert support to the organisational change progress

'¢ Liaise extensively with the organisation to support the wider implementation

IDEAL CANDIDATES

'¢ Excellent presentation and communication skills

'¢ Comprehensive subject matter knowledge in supply chain processes

'¢ Extensive experience of Maximo implementations (in particular supply chain) in an offshore Oil & Gas environment

'¢ Ability to communicate complex problems in a non-technical and simplified manner

'¢ Ability to effectively communicate business needs to the technology teams

'¢ Excellent analytical skills

'¢ Good interpersonal skills, able to influence and engender collaboration
