Digital ASIC Design Lead - Netherlands

Prosperous and expanding Semiconductor Company in the wireless arena is seeking a charismatic Digital ASIC Design Lead to head up their rapidly expanding ASIC team in the Netherlands.

This role combines a mix of technical development work and people management. The successful candidate will lead the development of high-performance Digital and Mixed-Signal products; steering and coaching the ASIC team whilst having a strong hand in defining the design specification and digital system architecture. As the team is scheduled to double in size over the coming year, this role will be pivotal in growing the group.

Required:-

*Leadership experience with established track record of delivering working ICs.

*An extensive background in Digital IC Design / Architecture, with expertise in front-end RTL design

*Experience in setting up digital system and block level specifications and developing architecture

*Experience of digital filters, DSP cores and peripherals would be a strong advantage

*Strong Verilog and Cadence experience would be useful, although not essential

*A positive working attitude, excellent communication and motivational skills
