Project Manager - Leicester - Perm - £40-50k

A well-established organisation is seeking a Project Manager to manage a variety of business-related IT change projects. Due to recent restructuring of their IT department, they are now seeking a Project Manager to join the current team of 25-30 to deliver IT projects to the required standards and within set the budget and time frames.

The main purpose of this role is to manage the overall planning, execution and delivery of projects , as well as tracking project status and manage related issues and risks. Moreover, it will involve building and leading effective project teams.

Essential:

- Proven track record in delivering successful business-led IT change projects (infrastructure, transformation, development, process change)

- Effective utilisation of internal and external resources

- Management of multi-disciplined teams

- Excellent analytical, stakeholder management and communications skills

Desirable:

- Prince 2 Project Management Certification

- Food-related industry experience
