Senior Change Management Consultant - Multinational Institution

My client is a leading Financial Institution and expanding a team of experienced change management consultants for the delivery of change related projects.

This is a key role to ensure the businesses continued success and innovation, which requires consultants with an excellent change management history and business strategy know how to be a key role in the business strategy locally.

You Should:

- Be experienced in change management projects for the financial market

- Have worked in banks, insurance, consultancies or technology companies

- Knowledge in business areas and challenges of the financial market

- Fluent English and Portuguese is mandatory

- Have availability to move to other cities in Brazil

This role will build on past successes and extend the existing strategy building capacity growing the company's revenue and efficiency, while allowing strong growth and internal exposure to this professional.
