Digital Communications Intern

The Role:

The intern will support Portland Digital to help deliver a variety of exciting digital projects for our clients, who include big corporate brands, international organisations, governments and leading philanthropic foundations. The role will include digital research; outreach to online media, bloggers and other social media influencers as well as helping write digital collaterals.

This internship will run for a period of six weeks.

Experience Required:

Essential:

Background in Digital PR, Digital Media or Digital Marketing. Digitally astute; generally interested in online and social media trends and developments. Comfortable using Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and other online platforms. Desirable:

Experience working in or with the media (in the UK or internationally). Previous experience of blogger outreach. Skills Required:

Essential:

Hard-working and conscientious. Excellent written skills. Excellent organizational skills. Superb attention to detail.
