One of our leading clients is looking to recruit an Applications Delivery Manager / Project Manager based in the East Midlands area.

Role:

*In conjunction with the management team, define the future structure of the Application delivery capability, with job descriptions, staffing profiles and resources required

*Identify production lines and key supported technologies

*Establish development standards for all technologies

*Develop processes that ensure timely and quality delivery of developed applications

*Develop roadmap for future skills and capability

*Deliver improvements in IS staff engagement scores
