Excellent role on offer for an experienced Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias, looking for an autonomous position with a genuine opportunity to progress your career and build and manage your own engineering team around you?

Do you have a strong background in engines and generators with an electrical bias looking to develop your career and assist in the expansion of this food manufacturing site?

This Food Manufacturer Company have grown from strength to strength and have recently begun a project to expand their site by nearly 50%. This growth and expansion is due to winning lucrative contracts with major blue chip clients such as high-end supermarkets, and has presented the need for a Maintenance engineer to look after their power generator, and any other generators that they may add to the site.

As a dynamic company they only employ the best engineer who is able to solve technical issues and do so in a responsible and professional way. If you have a background that can prove a diligent approach to work, and a real technical aptitude then this would be an ideal opportunity.

This role would ideally suit an electrically biased maintenance engineer from an engines or generators background that is looking to join a secure, expanding business with a fantastic opportunity to progress technically and in to management roles within the next 2-3 years by recruiting and looking after your own engineering team.

The Role:

* Maintenance, PPM, fault finding on heavy plant (Engines)

* Autonomous role progressing to management

*Customer liaisons

* 27,000 - 35,000 + Overtime+ Progression + Holiday

The Person:

* Maintenance Engineering experience

* Must be electrically biased

* A background working on large engines / generators

*A responsible approach to work

* Must have excellent communication skills
