Compliance Analyst

35000 - 45000 per annum

Client is a leading Insurance company in their search for a Compliance Analyst. Reporting directly into a high calibre Head of Risk & Compliance, this position sits within the first line, responsible for implementing compliance policies within the business.

This role will provide fantastic exposure to the business, with a strong project focus to the role, it will be varied and develop your experience across compliance. You will be involved with:

* Monitoring and keeping up to date with regulatory changes

* Provide the business with support, advice, guidance on all compliance matters, engaging with stakeholders at all levels

* Assist in the development and implementation of the control framework

* Extensive ad hoc project work, including input into activities around the organisations adherence to GDPR

Client is looking specifically for candidates with compliance experience from within the Insurance industry. With the exposure to stakeholders from around the organisation, good communication skills are a must.
