Digital Accounts Manager - Cheltenham, Gloucestershire - Up to £35000

This sales specialist are currently focussing on multiple global clients and require a skilled Digital Account Manager who is capable of gathering requirements for their programs and platforms from customers. By doing this they intend to maintain market dominance by providing multiple apps and programmes for their clients sales.

In terms of their work, they focus on SEO, Social Media, Brands, Copy writing and Ecommerce and these are the areas where they hope that their Digital Account Manager can take the reins.

Although you will retain sales and maintain the relationships between clientele, you would also be required to understand the customers wants and needs to relay this information to the development teams especially regarding any infrastructure problems.

Skills:

* SEO, PPC and experience within Customer Success/ Customer Relationships

* Some developing knowledge (HTML, CSS, Frontend, AWS) for the sake of working with a product team

* Experience being the face of a company and interacting with Stakeholders.
