Job Role: 1st / 2nd Line Support

Position: Permanent

Location: Oldham

Salary: £23,000

My client is a manufacturer looking for a 1st Line Support to join the team. If you have an enthusiastic personality and aren't afraid of getting hands on then this the job for you.

Responsibilities:

Respond to helpdesk calls and emails

Troubleshooting and setup of: MS Windows / MS applications / Mobiles / VPN

Escalating issues to colleagues and 3rd parties

General Admin tasks

Essential Skills:

Excellent communication skills

Flexible to react quickly

Able manage workload

Ability to troubleshoot and support Windows operating systems

Ability to troubleshoot basic hardware issues

Understanding of basic networking

Knowledge of: Backup systems, virtualisation, networking principles, VPN, Mobile device admin
