Graduate Analyst - Radar Modelling
This is an immediate requirement for a Mathematical or Physics Graduate with experience of modelling algorithms in Matlab.
A great opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Analyst to work for a leading Electronics design company in the North London area. This Graduate Engineer role will be working on the design and modelling of new mathematical algorithms used within some of the most advanced Radar systems in the world.

JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS
Responsibilities for this Graduate Analyst role
- Conduct detailed analysis of radar performance using MATLAB.
- Analyse trials data and to produce reports for internal and external customers.
- Develop mathematical models of radar and radar sub-systems using appropriate tools: MATLAB and Mathcad.
- Support the design and development of radar subsystems and digital signal processing algorithms.
- Assist in the validation of developed hardware and software.
Requirements for this Graduate Analyst role
- A Masters or Bachelors Degree from a good university in Mathematics, Science or Engineering
- A good founding in Mathematics: Areas of particular interest are calculus, vector maths, trigonometry, time/frequency domain transforms, logarithms.
- Recent regular experience of programming in MATLAB.
- Knowledge/experience of Radar, Telecommunications and/or Digital Signal Processing desirable.
- Good command of written and verbal English.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Organisational and time management skills.
