1st line support / service desk analyst - contract - £150-£180 per day
My client is one of the largest law firms in the country, You will be working in their amazing offices based in the city.
They are looking for 1st line support/ service desk analysts to provide 5 star out of hours support to their Australasian office. - evenings/nights
You will be highly motivated, have excellent communication skills, be an outstanding problem solver and be able to demonstrate great customer service skills
For the 1st line support / service desk analyst you will be supporting and trouble shooting technologies such as Document Management System (Worksite), Outlook, Expert, Big Hand, Workshare, enterprise vault, laser forms, VPN, VMware Microsoft 2010, Airwatch, Citrix, Laptops and all mobile devices.
There will be project work and also opportunities to learn new skills
