Change Project Manager/ Business Analyst

A really exciting opportunity has arisen for a Change Project Manager/ Business Analyst to join a rapidly expanding company in Scotland on a permanent basis. The role offers a salary of up to £30,000 plus benefits and the chance to work for a highly reputable, forward thinking industry name!

Day to day role:

As Project Manager you will be responsible for the full end to end delivery of change and continuous improvements right from business analysis and requirements gathering stages to final delivery. You will facilitate workshops with different business areas to identify process improvements then, using the Lean Sigma framework, implement project plans and manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects and continuous improvement activity. Strong and proactive communication with stakeholders is a must as is the ability to manage multiple projects at one time.

Location: Scottish Borders

Start date: ASAP

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 p/a
