About Us:

Webrecruit is a recruitment advertising and software specialist with a rich history of success in the online recruitment sector and a strong portfolio of prestigious clients. For the past few years, we have focused heavily on bringing a recruitment ATS (Application Tracking System) solution to the market to fulfil the need for a quickly implementable, off-the-shelf product which can be scaled and customised to meet customer needs.

We have built a strong Development Team and software offering and now require a QA Tester to support our efforts moving forwards.

It’s a great time to join us as we continue to advance and develop our software throughout 2018. We have a clear roadmap fuelled by client feedback and future requirements, a dynamic, motivated team to build, support and sell the product and some great ideas and plans to push us forward.

Your Role:

As our QA Tester, you will work as part of the Development Team providing quality assurance testing for all aspects of our software platform (Fusion). The Development Team currently consists of three Developers, a Product Manager and a Support Specialist and adopts an Agile methodology.

Specifically, your role will involve:

- Testing new features to ensure they meet specifications

- Assisting the Development Team Lead to develop testing processes and strategies

- Completing scripted and ad-hoc testing

- Identifying issues and providing clear documentation and reproduction steps

- Seeking to continually improve the QA testing process

For the right person, there will also be opportunities to get involved in design specification, customer support and user training.

About You:

To be considered for the role of QA Tester, you will need:

- Experience in a QA testing role

- Knowledge of testing tools and issue tracking systems

- Experience with developing and maintaining test plans

Although not essential, an awareness and understanding of web technologies and frameworks, such as HTML, JS and/or Bootstrap would be beneficial.

Your Rewards:

- Competitive salary

- Workplace pension scheme

- Cycle to work scheme

- Free fruit

When we achieve our targets, we celebrate together with a quarterly blow-out and we’ve previously dined out on the river Exe and sampled many a pizza. What’s more, when in the office, you’ll find we are a collaborative bunch, working together to produce great things, support clients and make our business a success.

So, if you are looking for a position with bags of potential for the future, this is your chance to learn, develop and grow with our exciting organisation. Apply today.

Other organisations may call this role QA Tester, Quality Assurance Tester, Software Tester, Testing Analyst, Software Quality Tester, Tester, Test Analyst, or Test Technician.

Webrecruit is an equal opportunities employer, values diversity and is strongly committed to providing equal employment opportunities for all employees and all applicants for employment. Equal opportunities are the only acceptable way to conduct business and we believe that the more inclusive our environment is, the better our work will be.
