One of London's leading enterprise software companies growing and talented design team are in need of a Senior UX Designer to join their team in London, because of the success of the company the role has come about through growth therefore a very exciting time to join.

The position will involve you taking the lead on designing individual components in our UI standards and component library, also information architecture, prototyping, wireframing, user research, usability testing, user interface design and graphic design, among much more

Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design

* You have an amazing portfolio.

* You'll have atleast 3 years in Visual Design

* You'll have atleast 2 years in Interaction Design

* You're able to work across multiple platforms (desktop, web, mobile), understand how to design components for these platforms and quickly learn to work with new ones too.

* You're able to work well with developers and testers in project teams where you'll be able to advocate the user's perspective.

* You'll be familiar with designing for accessibility

* Your technical analytical skills mean you can objectively challenge problems and devise simple design solutions.

* Your clear and concise communication skills mean you're able to provide rationale and build consensus for design solutions.

* Your knowledge of user-centred design methods and tools is excellent.

* You'll know the way around facilitating collaborative design sessions and workshops.

Desirable:

* Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

* Working knowledge of Adobe Sketch
