Our client has been established for over 50 years and is still growing!

They are looking for experienced and well organised software Test Analysts to join their QA team during an exciting period of development. The salary on offer for this role is £25,000 - £33,000 plus an excellent company benefits package!

|Key Responsibilities:

To actively contribute to each aspect of the testing process through the end-to-end test lifecycle, using both manual and automated testing, whilst embracing best practice and adding value to the customer outcome and experience.

To effectively contribute to a cross-functional team, interacting with Senior Test Analysts, Test Practice, business teams, development teams and Change Management, with a clear focus on treating our customers fairly and promoting a work profile of seamless communication and team collaboration.

|Person Specification:

Essential:

*A minimum of 1 years experience and expertise in the whole testing life cycle within Financial Services, (i.e. CT, CIT ST, ISIT, UAT, OAT), with exposure to automation tools and database querying tools.

*Basic understanding of the differences between software development models for instance Waterfall, Agile and Exploratory, and risk identification within testing.

*Sound problem solving, negotiation and decision making skills, which are required for Testing within Financial Services.

*Basic concepts of data interrogation, database construction and technology platforms.

Desirable:

*Demonstrated knowledge of the ALPHA system.

*ISTQB Foundation certified and CF1 UK financial services, regulations and ethics certificate.
