Job Title: Service Excellence Manager

Daily Rate: £450 - £500

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Length: 3 Months (Potential Ext)

Location: Cambridge

The Role

We are currently looking for an experience Service Excellence Manager for an initial 3 month role based in the Cambridge area. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the following:

10+ years' experience of delivering improvements and change programmes.

Experience of Service Improvement Plans.

Experience of coaching management

Strong on data analysis

Presentation of plans and progress

Agile Project Management

ITIL qualified/experienced.

The ideal candidate will have strong service improvement management in the pharmaceutical area.

Overview

- Defining plans to deliver service excellence for enabling units IT's.

- Refresh the metrics that support tracking of service performance and the plan

- Provide analysis on the initiatives underway to confirm value and support prioritisation of initiatives.

- Maintain a roadmap of initiatives, manage communications & reporting of progress against plan.

- Deliver some initiatives directly.

- Coaching customer service managers on delivery and prioritisation and tracking of improvements.

- Reporting to head of solution delivery and Maintenance.

- Stakeholders - customer service managers, operational service managers, reporting analyst & others.
