IT Support Analyst, Desktop, Windows, Mac
An IT Support Analyst is required to join a rapidly developing Technology Company based in their central London office. The successful Technical Support Specialist will be a key part of the Desktop Support team and will be supporting a wide range of user including Developers, DevOps and Senior Business VIPs. The IT Support Analyst Specialist will be working on a service desk, providing specialist help with Windows and Mac products for the whole business.

The IT Support Analyst role will involve:
Contributing to the improvement of processes and approaches within the department
Resolving complex incidents that have been escalated by the IT Service Desk
Providing remote hands-on support for server and network hardware and software as directed by operations services owners
Troubleshooting incidents either remotely or by visiting the end-user
Promptly communicating escalations and outcomes to the next level
Working to provide problem analysis, identification, and resolution of complex issues with team members
Regular liaising and the building of good relations with the Service Desk and Desktop Engineering teams
Providing premium user experience to VIPs/Executive users
Key Skills and Experience of the IT Support Analyst:
Sustained experience of working in high pressured project environments
Experience in a customer facing technical support role supporting a large-scale multisite environment
Experience of building and troubleshooting Windows desktop operating systems
Good experience of VDI platforms and supporting remote desktop users
Proven knowledge of desktop hardware and peripherals.
Knowledge of Active Directory
Proven experience supporting MS Office suite, up to and including 2016/O365
Mobile Device Management configuration and troubleshooting
Experience of deploying software using SCCM
Experienced with setting up and supporting audio/video conferencing facilities
