Location: - FULLY REMOTE with initial travel to Germany

Rate: - £430

Length: - 3 month rolling contract

Role: Network Automation Developer (Cisco, Python, Ansible)

Working alongside an agile, cloud expert who have a global reach. The candidate will be required to be on site with the client situated in Germany for the 1st week of the contract. After this the role is fully remote.

Desired Technical Skills and Experience

* Experience of Ansible

* Java and Python coding skills are desirable

* Strong network experience - DC centric (network design, virtual network functions, dynamic routing protocols, FW, LB)

* Experience with Cisco components (Cisco routers, switches)

* Experience with Cisco UCSD (nice to have)

* Experience with workflow coding

* Experience of automated unit testing mapped to scenarios

* Experience defining a development framework for testing automation

* Experience and understanding of Agile development & Kanban

* Knowledge of Jira / Confluence or similar

* Strong documentation skill-sets

Personal Skills

* Comfortable working closely with stakeholders and confident communicating at all levels

* Tenacious problem solver who will own issues until full resolution

* Keen to learn new technologies and techniques

* Confident in designing robust, elegant and efficient solutions from scratch

* You can present technical concepts in authoritative and clear manner to customers through white boarding, workshops, presentations and proposals

* Ability to create wow / delighter moments with customers
