Job Title: PMO Analyst

Daily Rate: £300 - £350

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Length: 3-6 Months

Location: Darlington, County Durham

The Role

We are currently looking for an experienced PMO analyst specialising in project support for an 3-6 month contract based in the Darlington, County Durham area. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in the following areas:

Project Support/PMO Analysis

Management Information Analyst

Risk and Issue Management

Change Requests

Microsoft Office

The ideal candidate will have PMO experience working on construction projects although all candidates will be considered.

Day to Day responsibilities

- Create & maintain key materials required by management, such as risk and issue management documentation, change requests, plans, status reports, financial & resourcing information.

- Support ensure framework exists for them to manage the below activities* relevant to their planned activities, and provide support where intervention is needed to ensure adherence and quality

- Act as a point of contact responding to queries and ad-hoc requests.

- Work with in a flexible and collaborative manner, providing more general administrative support where required.

- Support the Manager with the day-to-day running of their team and planned activities including communications to the team and third party supply management

Essential Experience

A proven track record in a comparable PMO role

Ability to quickly learn and apply knowledge of the operation of the area where the job operates;

Good verbal and written communication skills, including strong customer focus;

Must be proactive, able to work without requiring micro-managing, approachable but decisive - a safe pair of hands

Strong organisational and Financial management skills

Competency at using Microsoft Office software, particularly Project, Excel, PowerPoint
