Lead Business Analyst - eCommerce

My client is a technology business based in London.

They are undergoing a huge Transformation to increase the digital and agile maturity of the business.

Their goal is to deliver a best-in-breed technology platform and then to enable the adoption of the platform the users and enhance the whole product development capability.

They need a Lean/Agile evangelist, this candidate has to come from a strong Agile delivery background, it's all about the mindset and culture as well as hiving managed Business Analysts and other junior members of staff.

This position is responsible for end to end business process design from requirements gathering, business case analysis, feasibility and documentation.

The Lead Business Analyst will support the implementation of new Technologies and to provide support and direction to members of the Business Analysis team.

Essential Skills

* Extensive experience working as a business analysis

* Experience with Agile Methodologies

* Able to motivate a team and create personal development plans
