Senior Credit Risk Strategy Analyst- SAS/SQL-North West-£50,000

Key responsibilities will include;

* Initiating the development and maintenance of both regular and ad-hoc reporting using appropriate software tools.

* Identifying areas for continuous business improvement and make recommendations for implementation following modelling of impacts to support strategic decisions.

* Facilitating the development, production, evaluation and monitoring of the relevant new and existing business rules including strategies and scorecard / decision systems.

* Testing and implementing new systems modules and / or scorecards in order to ensure any new modules are robust and add value to the business.

* Facilitating effective communication within / between own and other functions by acting as a first point of contact on technical issues.

* Ensuring analysts adhere to best practice and act as a conduit to share best practice to resolve common problems.

* Acting as deputy for the Financial Services Manager when required.
